The goal of WISL Webpickup is to provide a web based facility
for the collection of customer pickup records that may then be transferred to WISL
Dispatch to be utilized for dispatch processing. It is anticipated that the facility could
be used by shippers or for staff for whom web access is more convenient than utilizing the
Call Acceptance feature of WISL Dispatch.

1. Access to the routine is
controlled by the licensee on a website provided by the licensee. Certain data required
for the transactions to be generated for the WISL Dispatch system will be retrieved
automatically from a parameter file as part of the authorization process.
2. Customer/consignee, city points and province/state files may be used
to facilitate effective and accurate collection of probill data. These files would be
downloaded periodically from the licensee's server that runs the WISL Dispatch system.
3. Upon completion of data entry for each pickup a transaction is
generated to be stored and sent in batch(via FTP) to the target WISL system on the
licensee's server.
4. Upon completion of data entry for each pickup, a transaction may be
optionally generated to be stored and sent in batch(via e-mail) to the source shipper's
e-mail address.
5. Upon completion of data entry for each pickup, a document(bill of
lading/packing slip) may be optionally generated to be printed on a specified local
printer and sent with the shipment.
