Chantal Hennico

  About three years ago we received a mysterious telephone call from a lady with a decidedly Quebecois accent. She had some general questions about WISL's freight management products but did not reveal much about specific requirements. Several months passed when a second call from Chantal dispelled the mystery. It seems that Sonepar had been involved in a lengthy acquisition of one of WISL's customers(Texcan). The original call had been part of due dilligence to evaluate assets but coincidentally Sonepar was also searching for a replacement for their existing  shipping support system. A strong endorsement from the Texcan folks, a couple of trips to Montreal and voila! WISL had its first Quebec based customer.

    Fortunately for us, Chantal has remained the primary integration specialist involved in the implementation of WISL information systems at Sonepar. Many improvements have been made in automated shipping interfaces particularly with couriers that owe a lot to Chantal's involvement. She has also contributed to improvements in system printing under UNIX with WISL products. Chantal has also been invaluable to us in meetings and conference calls since her English is far better than the French of anyone at WISL.
