The Call Acceptance Function

uses the same Dispatch Call

screen as was seen in the

Dispatcher’s Functions, but does

not have access to the

Dispatcher’s list and cannot

change the status of a call. All

pickups recorded through Call

Acceptance and Dispatcher

screens automatically appear on

the Dispatcher’s List, so that

many call acceptance clerks

and many dispatchers can work

together to manage the

dispatches.
