  • Provides tools that maintain, sort and aggregate dispatch records to facilitate pick-up operations.

• Call Acceptance

  • Allows the collection of dispatch information by non-dispatchers from in-coming customer calls. The dispatch record is available on the dispatcher's summary screen as soon as it is displayed after the call is accepted.

• Shipment Auditor

  • Converts dispatches into shipment records adding bill of lading , weighing and cubing information.

• Dockside

  • Generates manifests and controls the loading process for linehaul.

• Delivery Dispatch

  • Provides the tools to maintain, sort and aggregate shipment records to facilitate delivery dispatch operations
