Subject: UV 10.3.6 upgrade LOGOFF issue - 473130*USA

Description: Serial # 20406240 Universe 10.3.6 RedHat linux 5.2 The OFF from the following Universe Menu no longer works for the above client. They just upgraded to 10.3.6 and this menu worked on their old version (10.1.18 I believe) When option 4 is chosen, the user just hangs . If you do a PORT.STATUS, is shows the last command to be LOGOUT, but the LOGOUT is not happening . We have change the LOGOUT to QUIT and OFF and the same thing happens. If you enter LCT from the menu, you are taken to TCL and the LOGOUT, QUIT and OFF commands work properly. Below is the VOC entry and the VOCLIB entry for the menu.

Resolution: BP - has a work around in place and the issue has been duplicated by Rocket and gone to engineering for resolution.
