WISL provides complete integration services related to the installation of its software products. This includes assistance with converting or establishing data files utilized by the application and developing required interfaces with other information systems. Classroom or in-house training is available for all products.
WISL offers annually renewable maintenance for all products. This includes application of all upgrades for licensed products and responsive telephone support for problems or questions concerning those products.
The primary data base tool utilized in WISL products is Rocket Software's UniVerse DBMS. WISL handles the support for all software computing environments installed by WISL, including Linux, AIX, other implementations of UNIX and Windows Server. WISL deals directly with the majority of DBMS issues based on many years of experience but on some issues works with the third party distributor of the DBMS software to resolve problems.
